Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer than standard timelines.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas for orders placed before 12:00 PM (subject to availability). Additional charges may apply.
Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping:
Free for orders above AED 500.
AED 20 for orders below AED 500.
Same-Day Delivery: Charges vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Use this link to monitor your order’s progress in real-time.
Delivery Process
Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Dispatch Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking information.
Delivery Attempt: Our delivery team will contact you prior to delivery. If you’re unavailable, we’ll attempt delivery the next business day.
Important Notes
Orders must be delivered to a physical address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Ensure someone is available to receive the package during the delivery window.
If your package is undelivered after two attempts, it will be returned to us, and additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
