    • Products with physical damage, scratches, or missing components will not be eligible for a return.
  3. Proof of Purchase:
    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products without their original packaging or accessories.
  • Customized or personalized products, such as those with custom box packaging.
  • Clearance sale or “as-is” items.

Process for Returns

  1. Request a Return:

  2. Approval:
    • Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product.
  3. Shipping the Product:
    • Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
  4. Inspection and Refund:
    • Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Refund Options

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product:

  • Follow the return process to return the original product.
  • Place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
