Warranty Coverage

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty:
    All products purchased from TakTel Dubai come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The duration of the warranty varies by brand and product type. The warranty typically covers defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Warranty Period:
    • The standard warranty period for most products is 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
    • For accessories (e.g., chargers, earphones), the warranty period may be shorter.

What Is Covered Under Warranty?

  • Defective Materials or Workmanship:
    If the product is found to have defects in manufacturing or materials within the warranty period, we will offer a repair or replacement.
  • Functional Issues:
    Problems affecting the normal functioning of the device, such as screen malfunctions, charging issues, and speaker problems, will be covered by the warranty.

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?

  • Physical Damage:
    Accidental damage, such as cracked screens, broken parts, or damage caused by impact or water exposure, is not covered under warranty.
  • Improper Usage:
    Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the product’s instructions and guidelines is not covered.
  • Software Issues:
    Unless related to a hardware defect, software issues caused by user modifications, third-party apps, or viruses are not covered under warranty.
  • Battery Wear and Tear:
    Normal battery degradation due to usage is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact Us:
    To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support Team at service@takteldubai.com or call us at +971 55 1153328 or +971 55 4409332. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Product Inspection:
    Once your claim is received, our team will assess the issue and verify whether it falls under warranty coverage. If required, we may ask you to send the product to our Service Center for inspection.

  3. Repair or Replacement:
    If the product is found to be defective and under warranty, we will either repair it or provide a replacement, depending on the manufacturer’s policy.

  4. Shipping and Handling:

    • If the issue is covered under warranty, shipping costs for returning the product to us will be covered by TakTel Dubai.
    • For any repair or replacement requests, we may require you to bear the cost of shipping the product to us.

Important Notes

  • The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
  • In the case of a product replacement, the warranty will continue from the original purchase date, not the replacement date.
  • For any issues not covered by the warranty, a repair fee will be charged.
